I am so glad you posted this! I was just complaining yesterday about that! Here is my suggestion for a tutorial. I made a graphic (that didn't fill the whole page) and I saved it as a png. When I use it, it puts a white box (the rest of the page) around it. How can I fix it? It drives me crazy that I don't know. Dana http://www.funin1stgrade.blogspot.com
I have been wanting to know this for a while now. There are just some things that "googling" doesn't cover. Thank you so much for your technology posts because they DO help out! Deb at Fabulously First My TpT Store
Thanks for the tutorial! However, the little trick doesn't seem to work for me. Whether I save my powerpoint as a pdf or print it as a pdf, the white border is still there whether I scale it or not. Not sure what to do now…:(
That's bizarre! Phrase it has to do with the page size of your PowerPoint? Maybe if you change it to 8.5×11 it will make a difference? Let me know if that works!
Nice post! I mostly use PDFfiller to edit my PDF's. Its not the same thing, but maybe someone needs it. It also allows you to erase in a pdf and esign. Its pretty easy to use and its pretty cheap. I think you can get a free week if you and a friend both register. Here's a sample 990 form which you can fill out using this service. http://goo.gl/zlNA3l
Doing the steps of this tutorial should get rid of it. Let me know if it worked for you or not. If not, you can also change the page dimensions to 8.5×11 if you're making printables. Either way, let me know!
Thanks! That was sooo simple.

I am a seller on TPT. How can I save it so that it doesn't have the white around it when I sell it?
